Shipping, Returns, & Refund Policy

AT LOGIE & GRAY, WE STRIVE TO OFFER YOU A VARIETY OF WELL-DESIGNED PRODUCTS that make being a parent easier. Created by a mother of twin toddlers, we know the joys and messes that come with little ones—especially when potty training! Our products are DESIGNED TO MAKE LIFE SIMPLER. 

If for any reason you don’t absolutely love your product, let us know & we’ll do all we can to make it right.


►Estimated Transit/Delivery Times. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Your order will arrive within:
Priority Mail (US):  2-3 bus. days

NOTE: We are unable to guarantee delivery dates or transit times on any order. The delivery dates/transit times that we receive from the USPS, and provide to you, are estimates only. 

Order places before 8am CST will be shipped that day. All other orders will be shipped next day. Orders made after 8am CST Friday will be shipped the following Monday, baring any local/national holidays. 

Shipment processing time. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders places after 8am CST 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 



Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Declined Payments
The charging of credit/debit cards on Logie & Gray/The Poppy Potty website is an automated process and handled by our payment processor. The decision to decline a card comes from the card-issuing bank. If your payment did not go through, try your card again, double-checking all the information, including the zip code. If your card still does not go through, please contact the card-issuing bank.



We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
